This hutch isn't an antique. But it was made by a master craftsman out of reclaimed old-growth red pine salvaged from barns. If you like rustic furniture--put it in your living room or kitchen. (I used it as a bar.)
If rustic isn't your thing, put it in the garage to store tools. If you do your own wood-working, take it apart, and use the wood for one of your own projects. (It's solid wood.)
You'll need a pick-up to move it. A fridge cart might help too, but two strong guys should be able to move it. (I can't help---I'm old and have a bum shoulder.)
The chair is a standard Ikea chair. It's comfy, but old. Put it on the front porch (the cushion lifts off easy), or in the rec room, or, even the living room.
