Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms daily according to resort standards.

Replace linens, restock amenities, empty trash, and arrange furnishings.

Ensure rooms are locked and neatly presented after cleaning.

Report damages, safety hazards, or unfamiliar persons in assigned areas.

Log and return lost and found items with detailed information.

Clean corridors, public washrooms, lounge, bar, restaurant, and wellness areas on schedule.

Assist with evening dishwashing duties in the kitchen.

Support wellness event setup or other special projects as requested.

Restock housekeeping cart and organize linen closet at end of shift.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
