1. Visa, debit, e-transfer, cash, odsp,ow, direct deposit checks are all acceptable forms of payments.

2. We currently only offer 4week deals at a time.

3. Units are first come first serve. Potential Guest interested in viewing/paying for a room less than a week into the future of initial contact with Kings motel staff will be considered. No holds on rooms without payment!!!

4. Does the Kings Motel have kitchenettes? No! We do not have kitchenettes. All rooms have: A fridge or mini fridge and microwave, private bathroom, (FREE WIFI, FREE Cable TV, FREE Free Local Phone Line, FREE parking per room).

5. Does the Kings Motel allow pets? The Kings Motel has a Limited pets allowed policy at additional cost. Potential guest must provide more information on their pets before we can consider or approve your stay.

6. Can you have someone from the Kings Motel call me if and when you have a vacancy,? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a call back during or after our No vacancy period. We are a small business and get too many call back requests to accommodate. And when we are full we focus on the needs of our current guest. We refer new potential customers to our FAQ. So, hopefully we were able to provide you enough information with our frequently asked questions.

7. Can you recommend any other accommodations or motels? We don't know the conditions or current rates of other motels in the area, but there are a lot of other motels on Cumberland Street North within walking distance from each other. Perhaps you can find one that fits your needs if we are full.

8. Please be advise that this Motel is NOT for the partying type or guest with "frequent" daily visitors.

9. We do not book rooms weeks into the future. For example “ Do you have rooms available one month from now?” Or can I secure a room 3-weeks from now?” No we don't. Please only attempt contact us if you are interested in paying for a room less than a week into the future. We are a small Motel with limited rooms.

10. We do not hold rooms without payment.

11. NO SMOKING in the unit allowed. Violaters smoking in the rooms will be asked to leave without a refund and the loss of the damage deposit.

12. Damage deposit ($200/may be more if multiple guests,circumstances, or pets) is required upon check-in… All items in our rooms are accounted for. We expect, reasonable wear and tear during a guest stay, but any excessive damage, theft, or excessive mess will be at the cost to the guest. This may result in immediate check out without refund and or loss of damage deposit if a guest violation occurs. We ask that all guest keep their rooms TIDY and respect the contents during their stay to avoid any loss of deposit

13. We do not offer refunds after you view, book, and pay for a unit. Hence we don't book rooms over the phone or online. Guest are always encouraged to confirm their accommodation dates needed and then view our unit (or send someone on their behalf if they are coming in from out of town) before booking/paying for the units.
