Available Roles:
Painter (Full-Time)
Perfect for students who want to work hard, learn fast, and earn based on performance. Work outside, stay active, and be part of a team that values quality and fun.

Crew Manager (Full-Time)
Lead your own crew of 2–3 painters, ensure projects run smoothly, and keep morale high. Develop leadership and time-management skills while making a higher income. Must have access to a vehicle.

What We're Looking For:
Hardworking, reliable, and coachable individuals

Strong attention to detail

Physically fit and able to move ladders/equipment

Available May to August (full-time)

Access to reliable transportation (Crew Managers need their own vehicle)

Team players with good communication skills

What You'll Get:
Earn up to $25/hour (performance-based pay)

Average painters earn $9,000–$13,000

Crew managers earn $10,000–$16,000

Full hands-on training—no experience needed
