- The house has a small yard and a pool. It also has TWO large living rooms, and in house laundry.
- Walking distance to multiple buses including Metrotown and about 40 minute trip to downtown.
- Must be comfortable with a cat, as one roommate has a cat coming. No other pets allowed at this time sorry!
- Expected shared expenses include a portion of utilities, wifi, shared kitchen paper towels, toilet paper & dishwasher pods. It's not much!
- Help with cleaning shared spaces, garbage, and recycling is expected! Clean up after yourself to keep common spaces tidy and usable.
