We are selling our 2015 Heartland Pioneer 35ft travel trailer that is currently housed at Nestle In Trailer Park just outside of Bobcaygeon. We are only selling because of the inability to regularly use it do to sport and family obligations.

The trailer is in great shape and maintained well and new vinyl plank floors were installed in Spring 2024. It is located on a spacious lot just 150ft from the pool and around the corner from the main park, beach, and boat access. Fees are paid for the 2025 season.
Everything in the trailer works and we are selling with a bbq, 6-seat patio set, gas lawnmower, gas trimmer, and 2 kayaks.
