40 ft with 3 bump outs. Includes everything, 2 sheds , BBQ , 2 patio sets . Trailer has large master bedroom with lots of storage, shower/ toilet, there is hookups for laundry but we do not have any washer/ dryer in there but you have the option. Has in living space futon the pulls out to a bed, full size fridge and dinette. Electric fireplace. Back room is spacious with a bunk, pullout sofa bed and another table that folds to bed. We have 2 airconditioning units, you can use either electric or propane for hot water and there is a furnace. This trailer is close to lake/ park and inground pool. It's the perfect spot and your family will enjoy it just as much as we did. Fees are reasonable. All utilities included.
