This indoor training cycle has many adjustments including, tension, seat hight plus forward/rear, bars adjust for height as well as forward and back making the bike able to fit you just right. Clip in pedals for cycling shoes plus straps if wearing regular shoes. Bike can stay stationary in position or lean side to side for more realistic training and those hard workouts. Works great with no issues. Very solid bike.
