this 5 year old bell tent is the bomb! the tent is $1200 new. plus i added a tent fly with stove jack (approx. $300) and i made insulation to go between tent and fly. insulation (approx. $500). please call to discuss. with a woodstove inside (not included), i was living in it in -30 degree temps with no problem keeping it warm.
