Kids playground set. Made from yellow pine with all natural preservatives (no chemicals). Structurally solid. Tarp roof needs replacement as do some of the boards. Slide and swing are in very good condition. Part of the deal is you agree to take the whole thing and disassemble yourself (I can assist).
