I'm looking for someone who works or goes to school full-time outside the home. They need to be relaxed, clean, and good at sharing space. This would be a month-to-month rental. The 3rd bedroom will mainly be empty but I have occasional visitors who use it.

I will put a garden in for the Summer so if you like gardening and don't mind watering and taking care of the cat when I am on travels that would be great.
