This Honda WTX 30 3” pump. Got this 2 years ago and never used. Has been sitting on shelf in a heated shop since. Pump has been separated to ensure proper operation of the motor and then put back on, but the pump has never pumped a drop. Can deliver within the Yorkton-langenburg-esterhazy area
