Secondary education is required. Two years of Delivery Truck Driver experience is required. Language at work is English. Salary $35.00 per hour.

Duties include:

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of delivery truck drivers, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries
Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
Assign routes and schedules to drivers, optimizing efficiency and meeting delivery deadlines
Address, recommend measures, and resolve issues related to deliveries, such as delays, accidents, or customer complaints to improve performance.
Ensure drivers adhere to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain clear communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other relevant departments.
Train new drivers on company procedures, safety protocols, and route assignments.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of driver performance, deliveries, and other relevant information.
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
Prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.
May perform duty of delivery driver if necessary
