In excellent shape. Includes LED light bulbs. Works well, only thing is when you turn the knob on full, you will need to turn it back slightly to keep the lights from flickering. Otherwise it's yours for the taking if you are interested. I can't get it into my small car to drop of at a 2nd hand store.
