This 31.5” Acer EI322QUR 165hz monitor is damaged. As you can see on the right side of the monitor, there is a black screen. When the monitor first turns on, it shows a green screen first, but then a few seconds later the green goes way then displays the damage that was done to the right side of the monitor. I'm also willing to negotiate a little as well. Thanks!
