Timberwood Landscaping is a growing, well established full service landscaping company specializing in landscape construction, commercial lawn maintenance and commercial snow removal.

Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Landscaping Foreman/woman. We have plenty of opportunities for individuals with willingness to learn and grow with us. There's plenty of room for advancement, and year round work with guaranteed pay in the winter.

The Foreman/Forewoman candidate must be familiar and competent with all aspects of landscape construction to include: operating equipment, demolition, site and soil prep, grading, planting and installation of all materials, interfacing with customers, subcontractors, vendors, etc.; require minimal supervision from the Project Manager; and work in a safe manner while directing a crew of two to four employees.

Responsibilities:
Oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish, including hardscaping, softscaping, and planting.

Manage a team of laborers and subcontractors, delegating tasks and ensuring work quality and efficiency.

Develop project schedules and timelines, adhering to project deadlines and budget constraints.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Provide training and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and growth.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have valid Alberta driver's license, clean driving record and able to drive a company vehicle.

Must have your own vehicle. Our shop is not on a bus route.

3 years of experience leading a landscape construction crew.

3 years of experience with paving stone patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, etc.

Full knowledge of how to lay out jobs to maximize efficiency.

Must be able to read landscape plans and complete a job from start to finish.

Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.

Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.

Ability to work in all weather conditions.
