Position Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Property Technician to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor job where no two days are exactly the same. You'll be responsible for performing a wide variety of lawn and landscape maintenance services at our customers' properties.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
- Pruning and cutting shrubs, hedges, and small trees
- Cleaning up debris and keeping properties tidy
- Performing seasonal services (aeration, leaf cleanup,, etc.)
- Taking care of equipment and keeping it in good condition
- Being friendly and respectful to customers and neighbors
- Helping with anything else that needs doing to make properties look great

What We're Looking For:

- Someone who enjoys working outside and getting their hands dirty
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn new skills (we provide training)
- Experience with lawn care or landscaping is a plus, but not required
