Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing/ Recruiter position at Jobs For All Inc. in Brampton, ON. The role involves sales, marketing, full-time cycle recruiting, hiring, and effective communication with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

-Generates leads for potential sales opportunities
-Executes on assigned tactical plan associated with the Business/Market Plan and formulates specific customer approaches in order to earn the customer's business.
-Guides, assists and supports in the development and implementation of sales strategies to generate new business; -Coaches & monitors the sales opportunity

-Client contact and relationship management
-Actively recruiting, screening, sourcing and booking candidates for interviews
