We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our property. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. This role ensures that our building, equipment, and guest rooms are safe, clean, and in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and guest rooms

Handle repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and appliances

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues reported by staff or guests

Keep maintenance logs and records updated

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance rooms and equipment

Paint, patch drywall, replace tiles, and perform general carpentry tasks as needed

Collaborate with outside contractors for more extensive or specialized repairs

Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and seasonal property upkeep

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman role
Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings if needed
