The property is situated in York University Village, which is close to bus stops and TTC subway stations. It takes five minutes to walk to Seneca College and York University (Keele campus). The room is equipped with a desk, chair, closet, and double bed with mattress. The room has shared access to a balcony. The room shares a full washroom with a tidy and considerate female student. There is balcony access. The rent is $950 per month.

The renters are mostly young female university students or working professionals, and the property is kept up and managed by professional.

Every resident is focused on their academic or professional goal, and the property is organized and peaceful. Thus, female applicants who share the similar mind-sets are preferred.

No parties, drugs, smoking, or pets are permitted on the site. Overnight stays and frequent guest visits are prohibited. Only one person per room.
