We are accepting for leases for the 2025-2026 academic year with occupancy starting May 1, 2025. Currently, we have 1 room available for $750 / month with occupancy May 1, 2025 and another room available for $750/month with occupancy June 1, 2025.

Annex Suites provide students with a safe, comfortable and affordable living experience. Our convenient location makes it easy for students to enjoy a great mix of work, life and play. Not only are we within walking distance of McMaster University, we also offer easy access to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Our goal at Annex Suites is to provide students with the comfort of home, away from their home.

Each of our suite has 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, a common kitchen and living area. Price includes all utilities, air conditioning, WiFi, a large monitor, landscaping, snow clearance, and monthly cleaning of the common area. All suites are unfurnished, but the common area does have furniture. Bedrooms have built-in desk, 3 shelves and a closet - tenant must supply their own bed and chair. Leases are for a 12-month period and we expect a guarantor (usually a parent). After the initial term, leases automatically convert to month-to-month.
