There is an outdoor storage shed, front yard (shared and unfenced).
Washer and dryer in unit, fridge and stove, 1 off street parking space. Hydro, heat, internet NOT included, water and sewage ARE included.
Tenants will be required to hold tenants insurance for the duration of the tenancy, damage deposit is half a month's rent. Small dog or cat is acceptable subject to good landlord references and a pet deposit.
