We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Assist with training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient in cash handling and experience using POS systems.
Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new techniques.
