In this role, you will:
* Manage multiple phone lines with a professional demeanor.
* Efficiently input data and maintain accurate records.
* Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
* Take on diverse tasks and special projects as needed.
Ideal candidates will possess:
* Proficiency in all computer systems and methods.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Outstanding customer service skills, building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* At least two years of administrative experience.
* Experience in entry-level staffing is a plus.
We offer:
* Competitive compensation of $600-$800 per week.
* Daily overtime payment for eligible hours.
