INOBUILT CONSTRUCTION LTD., a leader in innovative civil engineering solutions, located at 368 Kieth Road E North Vancouver V7L 1V7, is currently looking for a Construction Engineer (NOC 21300) to join our team. The successful candidate MUST have strong expertise in digital construction technologies, including BIM, XR, and AI applications, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in all aspects of civil engineering project planning, execution, and compliance supervision. This is a full-time, permanent position to start as soon as possible. The position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week with a salary of $53 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and design professionals to assess project needs and technical specifications.
• Design and develop infrastructure and building-related construction plans in alignment with engineering standards.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of site data, environmental factors, and project feasibility.
• Create and refine technical construction documentation, including procedures, materials, and schedules.
• Lead the integration of BIM processes and oversee digital coordination of design and construction phases.
• Apply AI tools and XR platforms to support risk analysis, scheduling optimization, and immersive site visualization.
• Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met.
• Supervise field surveys and topographic assessments to guide design and execution decisions.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers, technologists, and technicians, and validate engineering computations and plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with municipal codes, environmental policies, and health and safety legislation.
• Support sustainable site planning by incorporating BIM and GIS strategies to reduce construction waste and improve spatial efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• A Master's or PhD in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required due to the advanced technical nature of the role, which involves digital construction technologies, simulation modeling, and AI-based project optimization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering project planning, execution, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with engineering and modeling tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Unity, and ARCore.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven tools for predictive analytics and process automation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of topographic analysis, site development, and structural design.
• Experience or research in sustainable construction or waste-reduction practices is an asset.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
