The park has a huge swimming pool, wading pool, horseshoe pits, shuffleboard, pickle ball, volleyball, basketball, tractor rides, movie nights, chocolate bingo, euchre night, coffee socials, kids playground with sand box and toys, pond with small fish, fully stocked store, and special events all summer long – especially long weekends (live bands, fireworks, breakfasts, bouncy castles, etc). The waiting list to bring your own trailer onto a vacated seasonal site in this park is six years. Buying a trailer on a seasonal site allows continued use of the site and is the quickest route into the park. This park is geared to families and children. Come here to relax. This trailer has 2 slide outs and features a large living space with plenty of storage. The eating area has a U- shaped dining table that converts to a sleeping area with spacious storage underneath the seats. There is a loveseat for watching the flat screen TV. The open concept kitchen has 1 1/2 sinks, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge.
The main bedroom is accessed via two sliding doors on either side of the entertainment unit which allows the TV to rotate to allow viewing from either the living area or the master bedroom. The queen island bed provides easy access to two side closets. The queen bed has additional storage under it.

The bathroom has a small tub with a hand-held shower, small vanity and flush toilet.
This trailer has ducted in ceiling air conditioning and ducted in floor furnace heating. It has internet service with hardware already set up for data or TV viewing.

The site itself has a beautiful mature tree for shade overhanging the deck and lawn. The deck is two tiered and runs the length of the trailer at 12 feet in width and around to the back.
