Job Overview:
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and outdoors.
Jobs take between 3 and 5 hours, you will be required to enter the clients home and move our portable equipment to the balcony to do the cleaning. Training will be provided and typically lasts 2-3 jobs.
Jobs are either done alone or with 1-3 other cleaners.
Hours are flexible but you are expected to be able to do at least 5 jobs per week. Typical start times are 10am and 2pm.

Compensation: $20/hr tips

Responsibilities:
Clean clients balconies, terraces and occasionally use a pressure washer for large areas
Use cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, squeegees, and vacuums
Ensure all surfaces are spotless, removing dirt, grime, and debris
Complete jobs efficiently with extreme attention to detail
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and team members
Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures

Requirements:
Reliable and punctual – showing up on time is a must
Detail-oriented – ability to clean thoroughly and meet high standards
Professional attitude – respect clients' spaces and maintain a clean appearance
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Physically able to handle cleaning tasks (lifting equipment, standing for extended periods, etc.)
Experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not required – we provide training
