Position: Construction Worker - Roofing, Siding, and Weatherproofing

Key Responsibilities:

Roofing: Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Siding: Apply and repair siding materials, including vinyl, wood, and fiber cement, to enhance the aesthetic and functional performance of buildings.
Weatherproofing: Perform weatherproofing tasks such as sealing and insulating to protect homes from moisture, drafts, and temperature fluctuations.
General Construction: Assist with other general construction duties as required, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing, siding, and weatherproofing.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency with hand and power tools related to roofing and siding work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
