I am looking for a decent place to rent. Unfurnished is okay, but will consider well kept or like new furniture. My budget is $1300 rent and $500 deposit. No smoking of any kind in or near the property. Ideally no frequent loud parties and other types of noise, EXCEPT noise from children of all ages. Basement or Studio with standard utilities included is okay. Condo or Apartment with some utilities included are okay. Masterbed room with ensuite is okay with standard utilities included as well.
About me:
I have lived in Canada for many years; re-establishing life. I am a natural born female in my mid-forties and identify as such (most times). I am originally from a small rain forest country on the far west coast of Africa. I enjoy cooking modern- cross-cultural and traditional dishes native to my heritage. If sharing a kitchen, this may be once or twice a week depending on food storage arrangements. No smoking of any kind is important. Casual/occasional drinks are celebrated. No recreational drugs for me and same for household members prefer. I like many types of music and use it a lot, as such headphones are not always used to help protect my ears somewhat. BUT music play times are considerate of others around.
A clean and neat environment is a necessity if not all the time, then ALMOST all the time. For shared kitchen, kitchen hygiene is a must ALL the time especially with raw meat.

APART from the things I mentioned, I LOVE people celebrating themselves as they are interms of authenticity. If you like your living environment like I do, BUT we are different in other ways respectfully, that's GREAT. ***Please Note*** I took my time writing this because serenity in my private space is an essential need for me. Serenity don't mean not living and enjoying home, but it is the consistency of energy in the home even when there is a party going on. My budget is somewhat thight for my needs perhaps. And yet, I may need to share, as such, I hope to find the right fit.
