Shared kitchen with full appliances and kitchen cooking and eating facilities including dishes, laundry, dishwasher and all new appliances living room furnished with sound system and 72” TV, dining table. Nice backyard with BBQ & furniture, all landscaping/snow removal is covered by monthly fee.
$750 per month with one month damage deposit ($750) to secure the room. Damage deposit will be returned upon final inspection after move out.
