The House:
- As roommates, we will share the 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and backyard. there will be up to 3 people living in the space at any given time.
- It is close to Pond Mills Rd. & Commissioners. It is a 10 minute drive to White Oaks Mall, 5 minutes to Victoria hospital, and 3 minute to the 401. The backyard is semi-private and you have full access to it.
- There are house guidelines to follow, mainly keeping things clean to respect others using the shared space.
- Friends/guests/small parties are welcome but communicate with your roommates first and determine boundaries.
- Please no outdoor shoes in the house (wear slippers or indoor shoes)
- Please put things back when you use an item. And make sure it is clean.
