1 Bedroom available in the heart of Downtown, Vancouver! The apartment is a cozy brick building on Nelson & Bute ("The Berkeley"). The location is central, and any necessities, from groceries, to drug stores, to sky-train/bus stations, is within a ~15min walk.

Utilities include hydro, heat, and Wi-Fi.
The unit is fully furnished, though the bedroom itself will not be (I'm moving all my stuff into my current roommate's room, when they leave). The unit also includes in-suite laundry (both a washer & dryer) and a dishwasher. Everything is spacious and wheelchair-accessible.

The unit will be shared with myself only (male in early 30's). I'm a relatively quiet and reserved roommate. I neither drink nor smoke, and I always make an effort to keep the place clean.
I prefer roommates closer to my age, though this isn't a deal-breaker, and I have no preference for male or female (not in college anymore, come on). My only "big" requirement is that you're also mindful to keep the place clean and peaceful.

No smoking, no drugs, and no parties.
Pets are allowed!
