Position: Customer Service Representative (Highly Urgent)

Job description:
Must be fluent in reading and writing English
Previous experience in a high-volume customer service call center is required
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls related to Hamilton's EPR blue box collection (using the Five9 system)
Handle missed blue box and behavior complaints
Respond to general inquiries
Create and close tickets in the system
Track and forward information to the appropriate supervisors
