Duties include: Cleaning/maintaining common area, hallways, laundry rooms, maintenance shop, office, outside grounds and any other areas required. Required to do in/out inspections, monthly fire inspections, report all issues in building to Property Manager and other necessary requirements. Cleaning units upon tenants vacating.
