Large corner lot in Ethelon, SK (exactly 0.3 acre). It takes 10 minutes to get to Melfort, and is close to St. Brieux as well. Great fishing and hunting in the area. Services can be hooked up at the road, and a water hauling station is across the street. Very quiet, and nice little place to be. Taxes are currently $33 a year, and paid to date. I have all the paperwork.

Plans have changed, and we are hoping to find something a little more out in the bush in Sask, Manitoba, or Alberta. Would like to swap lots with someone who has what we are looking for, and wants what we have. Will consider all offers.
