Adept Landscape & Construction Inc. is a reputable and growing construction company specializing in outdoor projects. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated laborers to join our team for patio construction & other general labor. Our team works on high-quality residential and commercial projects, and we take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Assist in the construction of patios, walkways, and other outdoor features

*Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, mixing, and measuring materials
*Properly level and compact pads to ensure a stable and even foundation for patio installation

*Operate tools and equipment safely (e.g., saws, grinders, and compactors)

*Lay down materials, including pavers, bricks, and stone, to create smooth and level surfaces

*Prepare job sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper ground preparation

*Work in a team to ensure high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations

*Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment at all times

*Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order

*Assist in other construction tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Prior experience in patio construction, hardscaping, or a related field

*Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans (preferred)

*Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and equipment specific to patio construction

*Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

*Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)

*Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)

*Reliable transportation to and from job sites

*Good communication and teamwork skills

*Willingness to learn and grow within the company
