Priced to Sell - Lovely mid seventies Yamaki deluxe 12 string in very good condition for its age. No cracks and very few blemishes. One scratch on the top. The nut has been recently replaced but the guitar could use a set up for maximum playability. The action is typical for a 12 string but could be lower and there is room on the saddle the frets are all good and The neck is straight. I just don't play this anymore
