The Fundy Complex - Dockside Suites is looking to hire a full time person for our front desk position. Some duties include:
1-• Meet & Greet all arriving guest.
2-• Provide information on hotel facilities and services
3- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
4-Take, cancel and change room reservations
5- Seat guests in Restaurant and provide them with menus and specials
6-Provide general information about points of interest in the area
7-Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
8-Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
9-Assist clients/guests with special needs
10--Provide customer service
11- Take customer food and beverage orders for take--out and Room Service.
Candidates should have grade 12 or equivalent, or some past experience a plus. Rate beginning at $15.75 plus gratuities
