Job Summary: Windoware Group, a leading provider of premium window and door solutions, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing expert product knowledge, processing sales orders, and working collaboratively to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate window and door solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Skills:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrate effective upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing to close sales effectively.
Maintain a proactive approach to meeting individual and team sales goals.
Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windoware Group's window and door products.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Educate clients on product benefits and technical specifications.
Processing and Handling Sales Orders:
Accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all details are documented correctly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
Use company software and technology to maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve common goals.
Share insights and feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the home improvement or building materials industry.
Experience of 1-2 years in the window & door manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored product solutions.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using sales tracking software and other digital tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
