Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a dynamic Office Administrator to join our growing team in a dual-role supporting both our construction company and real estate business!
About the Role:
This is a full-time position where you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and helping drive our brand forward through social media and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office tasks and correspondence
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Coordinate mailouts, invoices, and documentation
- Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry in Sage 50
- Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and content coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital & paper)
- Support the team with additional admin tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in administrative or office support roles
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday – 30 to 40 hours per week)
