We have a cozy, bright, one-bedroom suite available May 1, near shopping, buses, UVic and Camosun, on a tree-lined street in Cedar Hill. The house is owner-occupied and has a large yard with shared outdoor space, extra storage for bike etc., separate entrance, off-street parking for one car, shared laundry, all utilities except cable included. There is a small kitchenette with the basics for meal preparation, but please note there is no oven, and would not suit someone who loves to cook.
Space is perfect for a student or someone looking for safe, mostly quiet, simple accommodations with easy access to amenities. The suite can be unfurnished or mostly furnished, depending on your needs. We have a dresser, queen mattress and box spring, nightstand, small sofa, dining table and chairs, coffee table and TV.
Home has a heat pump with air conditioning for summer months, and property is well-maintained. We have a dog upstairs, so unfortunately cannot accept pets. No smoking of any kind on the property. Reference and credit checks, as well as proof of renter's insurance, are required. Ideally looking for a long-term tenant who is planning to stay at least one year.
