What You Need:
• At least 1 year of professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Your own cleaning products and supplies
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid government-issued ID and legal right to work in Canada
• A background check (required) and a police security check
• Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) and WCB
• Smartphone with data access
Requirements:
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and have no issues bending, crouching and kneeling
• Strong written and oral command of the English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks and pay close attention to detail
• Excellent people skills and pleasant personality; equipped to work with a wide range of clients
Services You'll Provide:
• Residential cleanings: regular, deep, move-in/move-out
• Optional light commercial cleaning (based on experience)
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
