About Us:
We are a brand-new, stylish watch store opening soon at Carlingwood Shopping Centre, offering high-quality timepieces for all tastes. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Shop Associates & Helpers. This role is perfect for those who enjoy retail, have a keen eye for detail, and love helping customers find the perfect watch.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting watches based on their preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on watch features, brands, and pricing.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display.

Store Operations & Support:

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory.
• Help with stock management, including labeling, pricing, and restocking.
• Ensure the store is tidy, well-organized, and shelves are fully stocked.
• Support the team with opening/closing duties as needed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve sales targets.
•Provide feedback on customer preferences and inventory needs.
• Assist in promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No prior experience required (training provided), but retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends).
• Passion for watches or fashion retail is an advantage!
