Looking to level up your guitar or ukulele skills? Whether you're preparing for an audition or just want to have fun, I've got you covered! With 13 years of teaching experience, a Bachelor of Music from Humber College, and a background in performing at weddings, events, and even cruise ships, I bring a well-rounded approach to lessons. My students have gone on to get into top schools like Berklee College of Music (with scholarships!).
For younger students (ages 7 to 11), I recommend starting with the ukulele. It's more accessible for little hands and, through fun, engaging methods developed on the east coast of Canada, kids quickly develop a love for music. I've had huge success helping kids transition from ukulele to guitar—their progress really takes off once they make the move to its bigger cousin!
I specialize in acoustic guitar but teach electric as well, covering everything from pop to jazz, rock to folk. I'm passionate about creating a supportive, almost therapeutic environment where students can grow, have fun, and develop a lifelong love for music. There's nothing I love more than being a positive role model and supporting my students on their musical journey.
You can take lessons online or in my High Park studio in Toronto. Let's make your musical experience fun, personalized, and all about you!
