Mountain View Sundecks is looking for a Carpenter's Helper to assist in the construction of beautiful, high-quality decks. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in carpentry with a supportive and dynamic team!

What You'll Do:
• Assist carpenters in constructing and installing decks
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials under the supervision of experienced carpenters
• Help with the setup and breakdown of work sites
• Ensure safety standards are maintained on all job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform general labor tasks to support the crew as needed

What We're Looking For:
• A strong interest in carpentry and construction
• Willingness to learn and take direction from skilled carpenters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor
• Prior experience in construction or carpentry is a plus, but not required
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
