This space is perfect for a working couple or single person. We are happy to entertain mid term housing (3-6 months or so).
We are on well and need to be very careful and conservative. Particularly in the summer months.
We are also on septic and care must be had with types of products used and how to care for the well.
We have kids, dogs, ducks, chickens, and a semi wild cat.
We are at the end of a dirt road, which creates spectacular privacy and is very quiet. We'd like to have someone that also appreciates these qualities.
Cell service is spotty, we currently have Telus, with fibre optics coming soon I guess.
We have gardens and a greenhouse, duck ponds and trees.
This property is absolutely smoke free. Not inside, not outside
Priority might be given if someone is interested in helping occasionally with feeding ducks/chickens if we are camping or out of town. I'm happy to share garden produce with exchange for gardening help.
