We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Landscape Construction Lead Hand. This role involves assisting in various landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Assistance: Support the execution of landscape construction tasks, including installing interlocking pavers, retaining walls, planting, grading, and sodding.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate tools and machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and other landscaping equipment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure project goals are met effectively.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and local health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a polite and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns.

Qualifications:
• Experience in landscape construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and landscape drawings is an asset.
• Familiarity with landscape construction materials, methods, and tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
