We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented handy person to assist with a variety of light projects across approximately 15 to 20 different job sites. This role offers the potential for a permanent position within our team based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Planting and Landscaping: Assess and replace plants as needed, demonstrating knowledge of plant care and selection.
• Interlock Repair: Perform minor repairs to interlocking stone pathways and patios. 
• Caulking and Painting: Execute interior caulking and painting tasks with attention to detail.
• Deck Maintenance and Carpentry: Conduct sanding, sealing, and minor carpentry repairs on decks to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Minor Interior Repairs: Undertake various light interior repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in general handyman services, including planting, interlock repair, caulking, painting, deck maintenance, and minor carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and determine necessary plant replacements.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction across all projects. 
• Ability to manage time effectively while traveling between multiple job sites.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
