Nous sommes à la recherche d'un troisième colocataire! Nous avons une belle chambre dans Rosemont, juste à côté de deux stations de bixi l'été (1 en hiver).


- La chambre est entièrement meublée avec une grande fenêtre donnant sur la rue.
- Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité
- Environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare Rosemont, et un arrêt de bus (45, 10, 445 et 49) est juste à côté de la maison. 3 minutes à pied du parc Pere Marquette, et 10 minutes du parc Laurier.
- Vivre avec deux étudiants (M et F) de McGill dans la fin de la vingtaine (droit et maîtrise).
Hydro et wifi non inclus mais bon marché (c.50$ par mois tout au plus en hiver, environ 20$ en été). Location en juillet mais avec option de renouvellement.


Disponible en avril (vous n'aurez pas à payer pour ce mois-ci) ou le 1er mai.

We're looking for a third roommate! We have a beautiful bedroom in Rosemont, right by two bixi stations in the summer (1 in the winter).

- Room is fully furnished with a huge window overlooking the street.
- Washer and dryer in unit
- About a 15 minute walk to Rosemont station, and a bus stop (45, 10, 445 and 49) is right beside the house. 3 minute walk to Pere Marquette Park, and 10 minutes to Laurier Park.
- Living with two mature (M & F) McGill students in their late 20s (law and masters).
Hydro and wifi not included but cheap (c.$50 a month at most in the winter, about $20 in the summer). Lease up in July but with option to renew.

Available in April (you won't have to pay for this month) or May 1st.
