We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Head Stylist & Salon Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring this vision to life. This isn't just a job — it's a chance to be a founding team member, shape the culture, and grow with the business from the ground up.

What We Offer
✔ Competitive Pay: $20/hr commission on services & retail sales
✔ Commission Structure:
• Up to 20% on your own services
• 5–10% team service override
• 10% on product sales

What You'll Do
‍ Salon Management:
• Assist in salon setup and launch preparations
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and staff coordination
• Ensure the salon runs smoothly and professionally
‍♀️ Styling & Services:
• Deliver expert hair services: braiding, locs, weaves, silk press, relaxing, and natural hair care
• Offer cuts, colouring, treatments, and personalized consultations
Client & Schedule Management:
• Manage bookings and client relationships
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele base
Salon Maintenance:
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols
• Organize and maintain stylist stations
Marketing & Sales:
• Promote salon services and products
• Help shape our social media presence and visual brand
Team Leadership:
• Train, mentor, and motivate junior stylists and assistants
• Support a positive, inclusive, and professional work culture
Inventory & Retail:
• Track stock, manage inventory, and boost retail sales

Who We're Looking For
✅ Licensed Hairstylist in Canada (required)
✅ 3 years of hands-on experience in a salon
✅ Strong leadership and organizational skills
✅ Expertise in Afro-textured hair and protective styling
✅ Passion for people, customer service, and team building
✅ Excitement about being part of a new business launch
